Training for Today’s Online Business Entrepreneur and Virtual Assistants Ready to Excel to Operations Director Level
Training requests come in from all angels. I mentor a few ladies on their VOM businesses. I also coach a never-ending flow of entrepreneurs who are establishing their businesses, or establishing a team for their already established and thriving business. This gives me a great advantage, as I can see over both sides of the fence. I know what the entrepreneurs are seeking, and I see their frustrations on managing their business and developing their teams, and yet I mentor the very same people they’re seeking.
I wish I had time to coach and mentor more VOMs. There’s more demand than supply. I also wish I had more time to work with the entrepreneurs who are struggling to get their business operations organized and well-oiled. I just don’t.
